Object Of The Game

To win in Baccarat you have to have cards drawn that comes as close as possible to 9, which is the largest hand in Baccarat, whilst beating the dealers (or Bankers) hand. Bets can be placed on the Players hand, Bankers hand or a draw. Royal cards or 10's count as zeros, a Ace is a one and all other cards count as their face value.

The game is played by the following set of rules.

Players Hand

Unlike games like Blackjack the player and dealer have no choice when to draw or stand this happens automatically according to the cards drawn.

Bankers Hand

The Banker draws on 0,1 or 2. If the Player isn't allowed to draw a card the Banker draws on 1 to 5 or stands on 6 to 9. Normally in most casinos a draw is paid out 8 to 1.
